Sideritis<\/strong>, also known as Mountain Tea, is a valuable herb that grows wild in the mountainous regions of Greece and is found in 17 different species, depending on the geomorphology of the area. It belongs to the Lamiaceae (mint) family. It is a perennial shrub that thrives in areas with high altitudes (above 400 meters).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
